About project
Property Library helps people buy, rent and move to Phuket. We made its website, a company deck and three catalogs, all built around the story of a family who moved there.
Its clients choose a home on the other side of the world, often without seeing it, and fear overpaying, picking the wrong area and being left alone after the deal. So every project shows its price and yield, every villa its area and distance to the sea, and six steps lead from the first call to the keys. We built the structure, wrote the copy and designed every page for desktop, tablet and phone.
- 12Page layouts: four pages for desktop, tablet and phone
- 4Presentations: a company deck and three PDF catalogs
- 6Steps of the purchase, from the first call to help after the keys
Story and structure

( For buyers )
The island first, then the villa
Before the projects, buyers see why Phuket: schools, safety, yields of 6–15% and a growing market. Every project then fits on one card with its area, price, size and bedrooms.

Design idea
The design had to tell the story of a new life on Phuket, with property as the next chapter.
Soft sage and powder tones, arches and a lot of air keep the pages light and warm. Photos of the founder's family come first, so buyers see their future life before the price.
No pressure in the copy, no hard sell in the layout. Prices, filters and the request form are always at hand, and booking a villa takes one screen, not a long form.

( For tenants )
Every rental checked from the inside
Each villa page shows its units with floor plans, prices per night and a map of places nearby. Tenants pick dates and book on the same screen, and transfer and cleaning come with the stay.
